I studied BMS with Martin Brofman and Lou Verstegen many years ago in Copenhagen and it's been an integrate part of my life ever since. It's helped me heal myself, it's empowered me in better understanding how I continue to be the co-creator of my life, my relationships and experiences and how I relate to the world around me. It's helped me to form new and more harmonious life patterns and change the way I perceive the world for the better. I continue to keep an open heart and enjoy my life with confidence because of these tools.
